Terms of use GO BIKE PARIS

1
General Conditions

1.1 – The client confirms that 
  • he has the health conditions to ride a bike at the moment of contracting the service
  • that he knows how to ride a bike on the street and in the middle of traffic
  • that he knows how to use the bike brakes.
1.2 – The client undertakes to arrive 15 minutes prior to tour departure times.
1.3 – The client assures to follow carefully the safety rules set out by the tour guide before starting the tour.
1.4 – The client undertakes to remain with the group, without depart from the path, without stopping in places not indicated by the guide and to contribute to keep the tour the smooth and secure for all the group.
1.5 – The client agrees to be responsible for taking care of the bike: 
  • when stopping at tourist monuments (protect the bike against theft)
  • go off the bike only for curbside cutouts
  • following only the path indicated by the guide. 
Any damage caused by misuse of the bike is the client’s responsibility.
1.6 – At the beginning of the tour, security accessories like vest and helmet are offered to the group. The use is not obligatory but the choice of the client.
1.7 – The client confirms to travel with valid health insurance. In case of an accident during the tour he is responsible for personal and other costs. Go Bike Paris is not responsible for hospital costs, compensation for immaterial damages etc.

Reservations

2.1 – The online booking should be done with up to 48 hours in advance, we do not guarantee the fulfillment of the reservations made after this period of time.
2.2 – We reserve the right to change at any time details of the tour with prior notice to the customer of up to 72h in advance.

3
Payment, cancellation and refund

3.1 – By hiring the service the customer pays the tour via credit card or paypal.
3.2 – Cancellation policy: up to 72 hours in advance, refund of the full pre-booking, after this period the pre-booking will not be returned.
3.3 – We reserve the right to cancel or modify the dates and times of the tour any time due to: less than 4 reservation per tour, bad weather, health issue problems with the guide and emergency.
3.4 – In case of cancellation due to bad weather, or other reason, the tour will be relocated to the following day. If the client does not have availability for the next date, the amount will be fully refunded to the customer.

Authorization to publish photographs

4.1 – During the tours pictures can be taken of the attendees. The client knows and agrees that the taken photographs may be published by Go Bike Paris on their website and other social network pages like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc. for promotional purposes.
4.2 – The client who does not wish to have the photos published must inform the Go Bike Paris before the tour by email to the following address: hello@gobikeparis.com.
